Description

As NIKE continues to show its support for historically black colleges and universities, NIKE is showing off its own Nike Dunk Low to FAMU. The Nike Dunk Low FAMU aims to bring basketball inspiration to a low-top sneaker. The Rattler mascot is based on folklore surrounding the agency’s 1891 move to Highwood Plantation. Pay tribute to the year of establishment.

The upper is filled with inspiration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in the school’s signature orange and green colors. A mascot on the tongue replaces the traditional “NIKE AIR” branding. “1887” on the heel pays homage to FAMU’s founding. “WE BRAGG DIFFERENT” messaging also appears on the heel of the Nike Dunk. The swoosh on the midfoot adopts a green theme. “COLAC” is embroidered on the lateral forefoot, while inscription on the heel reads “We Bragg Different.” An icy blue outsole affixed to the sole completes the upper design.

Tips for choosing Size for Women customers: If you do not find a suitable Women’s size, you are suggested to change to Men’s size instead. Men’s and Women’s sneaker look the same, only the dimension is different. And mostly, Men’s sneakers fit better and are more comfortable than Women’s.
