Description
Possibly aesthetically inspired by Jackson Pollock, this release takes a trip down history lane in the beginning of the 20th century where expressionism was prominent in the art world.
This offering of the Air Jordan 5 Low comes build with a suede upper covered in an abstract design paired with Black Jumpman logos. The monochrome makeup is met with suede tongues, liners, midfoot mesh, and sole units all of sail hues, with metallic silver trim on the forefoot teeth, and a milky-translucent outsole underneath wrapping up the design.
Other details includes These patterns utilize the use of negative space, as the dark grey suede base forms exaggerated brushstrokes that seem to depict Michael Jordan’s revolutionary dynamic movements in the court. The eyestay remains off-white despite the organized mess that works. The midsole has a sharp angular silver line that adds extra flair, as it ends on the outsole and the feather edge respectively. Black Jumpman logos appear on the tongue and heel, while semi translucent side panels and toggles round out the design. It’s truly a work of art.
