Dubbed, “Rebellionaire” as a nod to Jordan Brand’s way of saying Michael Jordan was a rebel by wearing the “Banned” AJ1s even though the NBA fined him $5,000 each game. Nike ended up paying the fines as MJ continued to wear the shoes.
The sneaker uses the same colorway and color blocking as the Air Jordan 1 “Shadow” with a distressed leather upper and lettering printed throughout the sneaker. This Air Jordan 1 is detailed with an upper covered in text that reads “They can’t stop you from wearing them,” alongside midfoot Swooshes, NIKE AIR tongue tags, Wings motifs at the ankle, printed insoles and bright red “X.” A White midsole atop a Grey rubber outsole completes the design.
Tips for choosing Size for Women customers: If you do not find a suitable Women’s size, you are suggested to change to Men’s size instead. Men’s and Women’s sneaker look the same, only the dimension is different. And mostly, Men’s sneakers fit better and are more comfortable than Women’s.
