The “University Blue” hue is almost as synonymous with Jordan Brand as the “Bred” colorway, with the vibrant hue derived from MJ’s alma mater mimicking the tincture of the Air Jordan 2 Low “UNC To Chicago.” It has explored the entire archive of the Beaverton brand over the decades. Different color matching products that are loved by everyone are slowly being discovered.

The upper features jet black leather as the base and sapphire blue leather as the upper overlay. The swoosh is decorated in blue. Black wraps the ankle part. Wings of the same color appear on both sides of the ankles. The blue tongue structure is decorated with a black Jumpman logo, echoing the heel logo. White is the only cool color on the upper, and the combination of white midsole and blue outsole is also a key highlight of the upper.
